Transfer Printing

Transfer printing is suitable for a variety of purposes, and in some cases can produce better results than screen printing.

Transfers can be used for small runs through to large runs, and can be used on products of unusual size or print position, and any material including polyester and nylon.

There are 4 main types of transfer printing

Screen Printed Transfers are Pantone matched and produced by screen printing on to a paper carrier.
Vinyl Transfers are ideal for smaller runs, including individual name personalisation.
Digitally Produced Transfers are full colour transfers, created for application onto all types of fabrics, from small runs using our Roland VersaCamm to large runs manufactured using a litho printer
We manufacture a wide range of reflective transfers including the standard everyday reflective transfers, for example ‘SECURITY’ or ‘FIRE MARSHAL’ as well as completely bespoke reflective transfers in virtually any shape of size for application onto a full range of garments
Heat Press application transfer printing

Transfers can be applied in-house using our multiple heat presses, or we can supply them to be applied on your premises.

Our transfer application department applies thousands of transfers each week onto promotional clothing, sportswear, waterproof jackets, capsĀ – virtually any garment you can imagine.


Screen Printed Transfers

Our screen printed transfers can be manufactured for application to virtually any substrate.

  • Minimum order of 25
  • Manufacture leadtime approx 5-6 days


Vinyl Transfers

The ideal use is for small runs, individual name personalisation or logos.

  • Limited to approx 20 colours
  • Can be applied to various garment types

Digitally Printed Transfers

Ideal for short print runs that require a multiple colour or full colour print. This transfer printing process doesn’t have a minimum order.

To quote, we require the overall design size and the quantity required. Ideally we require sight of artwork at the time of quoting. Fine detail may require a slight keyline

All of our reflective transfers are manufactured on EN471 reflective material.
